In our multi-tenant environment I want to set something up that monitors proxy availability.
The flow I'm looking for is as follows:
1. Every 5 mins each proxy server generates a heartbeat problem.
2. The heartbeat problem triggers an email to an external server
3. After the email is sent, wait 2 mins, then close the problem.
I have an external server that will catch these events and let the team know if emails aren't received.
I'm very new to Zabbix and don't know how to achieve steps 1-3.
