Email Alerte Condition A or (B and C) - Custom Expression

Hello, I'm on Zabbix Server 5.0.1 in Linux

I'm trying not to receive specific email alerts like:

• The triggers which have the "do-not-send-message" tag
• Triggers with Average severity AND in the MySQL group

I still receive my emails despite the settings below:
