is there a comfortable and easy way to see item- and trigger descriptions for events for unprivileged users.
Description why:
I was asked today, how an support employee could see an item or trigger description in the Zabbix-frontend. We need to place links to our knowledge base in these fields, so that a supporter at the weekend knows what to do in case of an event.
I know the macros {ITEM.DESCRIPTION} and {TRIGGER.DESCRIPTION} for mail notification. And I also found the notification Message in the event Details behind the date. The problems are:
When I click on an event description/name I can select configuration -> trigger, but this only works as a Zabbix Super admin. A Zabbix admin who has only read privileges isn't even able to see the configuration.
It would be great if there was a more comfortable description.

- We don't want generate a Mail for every event.
- We want to teach the supporters to take the dashboard or the trigger-view, for a better overview, because the colleges could get confused in the event view, when they see a lot of entries, which are also green.
