it looks like zabbix is restricted to parsing log file dates with the month as a number.
M: Month (01-12)
However at least with Ubuntu... All log files have the date as a 3 letter abbreviation.. How can you parse those log files? With as common as I'd like to think parsing log files is... I'm thinking there's gotta be an easy answer right?
