[Zabbix 5.0] Server time and Local time off by 1hr

Hey there.
I'm having trouble getting the Server time to display correctly. All the trigger dates in the dashboard as well as the dashboard server clock widget are off by plus one hour.


timedatectl says:

Local time: Thu 2020-10-08 07:34:15 CEST
Universal time: Thu 2020-10-08 05:34:15 UTC
RTC time: Thu 2020-10-08 05:34:14
Time zone: Europe/Berlin (CEST, +0200)
System clock synchronized: yes
NTP service: active
RTC in local TZ: no

I checked, timezone in /etc/zabbix/php-fpm.conf is set correctly.
Any other places I have to check? Running on Ubuntu 20.04 with nginx.

EDIT
After days of fiddling around and finally writing this post, i figured it out. Seems I forgot to restart the last time I changed something - I have no idea what, but after running
systemctl restart zabbix-server zabbix-agent nginx php7.4-fpm
it's correct now.
