URL defined Screens do not load when accessed externally

Good day. I'm using NAT to access my Zabbix server remotely. All the Zabbix screens as well as the URL defined ones load just fine internally. But when I access remotely, only the Zabbix screens work. All the URL defined ones just time out. I've tried using the internal IP, external IP, FQDN, and localhost without success. Any hints? Thanks for reading.
