How to get information from a Screen?

I need to get the information that is presented on the screen through the Zabbix API.
I managed to pull the Screen Items, but I can't relate the id of the Item resource to the History Object of the Zabbix API.
The Screen I want to search for is basically Plain Text, and I would like to know how to get this plain text using a Host ID, so I can insert it into a report.
Would anyone know how to achieve this through the Zabbix API?
