Set user group permissions for all Host groups at once

Hello,

I'm deploying a couple of user groups, host groups and users via the rpc API.

I'm looking for a convenient way to give read-only access to all configured host group to on specific user group.
In the user group object I'm handing over to the api, it's required to specify a host group by it's name. Is there any wildcard or magic name to address all groups?

I can't find anything in the documentation and I fear that there might be no way to do this
