Is it possible to trigger an action when manually updating a problem? I have correctly configured an action to email me when a problem is triggered, but when I manually update the problem I do not get email messages. For example, in the screenshot below, I was not able to get any of my manually submitted test messages to generate an email. (Note, I do see that the first email in this example failed to send, but I corrected that issue).
Also attached is a screenshot of my Operations for my Action.
