problem with zabbix web scenario

I'd like to know my response times with curl. This is my curl example

I keep getting an error :

Timeout was reached: Failed to mysite.eu port 443: Operation timed out

my curl running under the console gives the result and it works

Where is the problem?
When I create normal site for example google.pl i haven't problems
