I have to post again for the same topic as in the title. I found a server of 4 core CPU 8GRAM, and from the above chart I see the maximum value of the vertical axis is 40. I also see a yellow line located at the position 4 probably. What does it mean the threshold 4 and the max value 40 in this case?
In any case, from the CPU utilization, it is clear that the CPU was saturated, wasn't it?
