How to prevent initial OK message?

When I start monitoring a new host in Zabbix I receive an "OK" trigger message for every new item that is being monitored - is it possible to prevent this?

Please add the following condition to Action conditions.

Trigger value = PROBLEM

By doing so,
it will no receive OK notification to disorders not receiving PROBLEM notifications.
