This might sound very elementary but I needed clarification from the folks experienced using Zabbix.
I am running Zabbix Server on two nodes (Machines/VMs)
I've 15 other machines which have the Zabbix Agent installed and running.
The 15 agents have the following in their zabbix_agentd.conf
Server=DNSName-Of-Server1,DNSName-Of-Server2
ServerActive=DNSName-Of-Server1,DNSName-Of-Server2
On the Server1/Server2
should I be running zabbix agents ALSO to collect metrics from the 15 agents ?
As at the moment I'm not running zabbix agents on the servers and I am NOT able to get even the BASIC system.uptime metric to the server.
Please advice.
