Trigger actions not firing

I'm playing around with Zabbix, and have configured it to monitor one of my test VMs, generate graphs, and generate triggers.

However, when triggers are generated the actions don't fire, and as a result, I don't get sent an email.


Due to the action page displaying sensitive information, I'll list the conditions:
Host = "DNS domain name"
Trigger value = "PROBLEM"
Trigger = "Load average 1 min"
Trigger severity >= "Information"
