I have a discovery process running which is finding lots of devices. I also have an action setup to add discovered items to the hosts list. This is really hit-and-miss and is adding some devices but not others. I have checked the server logs and the 'missing' hosts do not appear anywhere in the log. What is the method to trace or debug the action (or even force the action to rerun) so that I can work out the source of this problem please?
