Zabbix server v 5.0.1
zabbix agent v 4.2

error:Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() timed out

Zabbix server can connect to agent with TCP 10050 and 10051
template host = linux os by zabbix agent


Zabbix agent conf is correct zabbix server and zabbix server active have correct IP configurated
Host is a suse linux ent 11
what else for troubleshooting?
