Upgrade from 5.2 to 5.4, DB not getting updated

Hello,
I followed https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../debian_ubuntu in order to update Zabbix from 5.2 to 5.4 on Ubuntu 20.04. The upgrade went smooth, except the DB upgrade, on which I'm getting:

Now, I know that a DB upgrade should start.... it's not happening. Any idea on why? I left it like that for 15 minutes, nothing happened....
