How to get table item using SNMP

Hi,

I'm new to Zabbix and I'm trying to get a whole table with different kind of values like if I was using the "snmptable -Ci" command.
Does anybody have any suggestion about how to implement it in the Item?

i.e.

snmptable -v2c -Ci -mAll -c <IP-address> MY-MIB::TDMPortTable
SNMP table: MY-MIB::TDMPortTable

index TDMPortTableIndex TDMBoardName TDMBoardLogicalIndex TDMSpanIndex TDMSpanStatus TDMSpanClockSource TDMSpanTapMode TDMPortTableRowStatus
1 1 EHTN8-001 0 0 red nt hiz active
2 2 EHTN8-001 0 1 red nt hiz active
3 3 EHTN8-001 0 2 red nt hiz active
4 4 EHTN8-001 0 3 red nt hiz active
5 5 EHTN8-001 0 4 red nt hiz active
6 6 EHTN8-001 0 5 red nt hiz active

I need to get all values in the table.
