hi. I have zabbix 5. when i add a new host using zabbix web, i always get this trigger "zabbix agent is unreachable for 5 minutes". after a while, it will solve.
this trigger is shown in dashboard only once and that's it.
but when i add a host via zabbix api, this trigger is shown duplicated.

I opened each trigger in new tab. the trigger ids are the same. the host ids are the same. there is no duplicated host.
this is false information and it cause actions to be triggered 2 times.
why this happen and how i can fix this?
