I've been using Zabbix for a while now, and have set up "IT Services", and it's good enough to report SLA with.
However - internally we want to see the real numbers from a 24/7/365 monitoring scenario, and externally we want to publish the numbers during work hours.
The blunt way to do it would be with everything set up twice (two separate "trees" more or less, with different hours).
The nicer way would be to set up a connection to something like Qlikview (or excel/access).
Am I the only one with these thoughts, or has it been done before?
The database - is there documentation available (for my business intelligence guys), or is it more or less self explanatory?
