how to restrict access to chart2.php

i create a user group and user role that have access only to the dashboard. i login using the defined user and i access the dashboard i try to open other pages it open like

http://109.168.100.53/chart2.php?gra...ileIdx=web.cha rts.filter&_=v7dse4hf

if we have a restriction to the dashboard why this URL open.
