Removing a host from a server and proxy in AWS

I am deploying a proxy in a AWS cloud system, the engineers are planning on setting up auto-scaling where when the work load goes up AWS will create an additional web server when needed and the terminate VM's when the workload fails off. The image we setup has the Zabbix agent and we have discovery setup. this works great for adding host to the Zabbix system. My problem is when the VM is terminated. We found a template that we can setup and use to delete the terminated VM from the server. I have found that the VM is discovered by the proxy will come back in the server.

I am wondering if any one else has seen this and how can I remove the VM from the proxy.

We are running the 4.4 version with mysql databases at the server and proxy.
