Monitor services Vsphere

is that right, that i havent got the possibility to monitor services from the discovered vm's via the zabbix vmware template? I tried this here to check the availability of the agent:
I create a new host with a another name, which was discovered by vmware template.
i create a item and a trigger on it.
I copied these both to the host, which was discovered by vmware, but here i have an error:
But the same item does work in the manual created host. It sends me even a email with this error. Did someone know the around this issue?
What is the best way to monitor services with is on the vm'S? Should i created a new Host, maybe with another name?
