trigger, interface down/up 2 times in last hour

I'm trying to create a trigger which will inform when interface changed status down/up at least 2 times in last 1 hour.
Strangely I didn't find any item showing interface status, for now I'm trying to use net.if.in with function nodata

nodata(/Vilhelm/net.if.in[eth4,bytes],1h)=1

but that's it, can i make more complex triggers?
