Brand new user. Installed Zabbix server on Ubuntu 20.04. Installed agent on Windows server 2016. I can see successful bi-directional TCP handshake between server and agent with pcaps on both ends, but host is showing as not available. Ports and FW rules on prod FW and local FW are open. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
