Zabbix Opsgenie and Alerter

Quick question,
Where I work we have a Zabbix - Opsgenie integration. I see a problem when an action is executed on alert on Zabbix, and the alert is no longer exist or, for some reason did not end up in Opsgenie
the Alerter Process is jumping, if more than a couple of alerts like that, and other processes can be stuck?
Any advice on that?
