ESXI Virtual Machine trigger configuration name instead of index

Hello

I have problem with name of discovered trigger.

what i have:

Virtual Machine.$1 on {HOST.NAME} and it gives me result as Virtual Machine.0 on ESXI-1

I want to have the result looking as:

Virtual Machine "Virtual Machine Name" on ESXI-1

so i will be informed about direct machine.
The oid for auto discovery of information that i need is:
1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.2.1.1.2.{#SNMPINDEX}

I get the value from the SNMP Get and its correct. Ofc VM tools installed on host.

Any advice how to use snmp get information in auto discovery trigger name?

When i will finish it i will post template on the board.
