Creating readonly access to user with limited number of hosts in the group

    Hello All,

I am kind of stuck in granting read only access to user/s in zabbix w.r.to. the host groups.

    - i have created new host group and only 1 host is under it.
lets call host group as - hg_new, host as h.
host h is part of more host groups , for example, hg_all , hg_north etc.
But - hg_new has only h in it.

Now i create a new user group, called usergrp_new, and add read only permission to hg_new. Create a new user under this group called user_new. But when logged in i am not seeing host h under hg_new.

What is that i am missing here.
Any pointers are greatly helpful. Basically, in the whole ecosystem of hosts, which are parts of multiple groups ( for naming, identification purpose) , need to select only unique hosts and give access to new users.

    Thanks
