Images doesn't look like and import media types after upgrade

Hello,

I upgraded from version 4.4.10 to 5.0, after the upgrade the zabbix images are not showing, and the media templates when I import the message that it was imported successfully, but it does not appear in the list of media types.

Does anyone know what can it be?
