Multiple hosts with same hostname

Has anyone figured out how to handle multiple hosts with the same hostname in zabbix?

I have 13 SQL servers with the same hostname since they're based off the same image. Obviously they're not in the same subnet/domain. They have unique public IP's & external DNS names.
