I´m thinking of using Zabbix as a network monitoring solution (for an MS Windows-based LAN) and would like to start by trying out Zabbix in an AlmaLinux environment built exclusively for this purpose. Which one should I go with for best results: Server, Workstation, Minimal Install or Custom Operating System? The plan is to install to removable medium at first (external hard drive) or I might go with a virtual box. Any suggestions pointing me to the best AlmaLinux environment for this purpose would be much appreciated.
