Recommendations needed

I'm a newbie, so bear with me...
I have searched the forums, but still many seemingly simple questions.
I want to monitor remotely my apartment block wi-fi network's bandwidth usage: basically 1 broadband internet connection from an ISP. My internal equipment consists of 5 wi-fi routers, two switches, one desktop computer, one printer with wi-fi, one solar system that needs to be online, two security/camera network drives, five security cameras, potentially 20 laptops and potentially 40 smart phones.
1. Is Zabbix the right tool for me? If not, what is?
2. Can I install Zabbix only in the cloud and not the devices on the premises?
3. Who is a good cloud host for Zabbix? (I mean someone who offers cloud, VPN or shared servers with a Zabbix installation).
