Hello,
I have a couple of Cisco 3750x stack and I need to monitor the power supply in all stacks. The SNMP oid are dynamic and the oid can change on each reboot. This is why I need to use the dynamic indexes.
The snmpwalk result when the power supply 1 on stack 1 is up and running is :
Sw1, PS1 Normal, RPS NotExist
The same snmpwalk when the power supply is out or order is :
Sw1, PS1 Faulty, RPS NotExist
This is why I created an item like this :
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3[index,.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.2,"Sw1, PS1"]
But this item doesn't work and I don't understand why. The item is marked as unsupported with "Cannot find index" in error.
Someone has a solution to improve the index search ?
Thank
Jean
