upate zabbix agent debian ubuntu lost conf

Hello,
i have few server with zabbix agent.
works all fine, but in few server with debian / ubuntu when update (auto via cron apt update && apt upgrade -y )
i lost my file in
/etc/zabbix/zabbix_agent2.conf
i need to restore from backup or dpkg-old and restart zabbix agent.
this behavior not happen in centos / almalinux

how i can update my zabbix agent in debian / ubuntu without lost my config files?
