What I'm trying to do is to exclude certain services so we won't get alerted on if they gets turned off or on (which they do often).
My key syntax in "item" is
============
services[automatic, stopped, "WinHttpAutoProxySvc,sppsvc,SysmonLog,AudioSrv,clr _optimization_v4.0.30319_64,clr_optimization_v4.0. 30319_32,gupdate,stisvc,TapiSrv,dcstor32,Dnscache, swi_update_64,TBS,swi_update,RemoteRegistry,aelook up,RasAutosvc,CngSvc"]
=============
and my expression syntax in "trigger" is
===================
{PAE - Template OS Windows 2012R2:services[automatic, stopped, "WinHttpAutoProxySvc,sppsvc,SysmonLog,AudioSrv,clr _optimization_v4.0.30319_64,clr_optimization_v4.0. 30319_32,gupdate,stisvc,TapiSrv,dcstor32,Dnscache, swi_update_64,TBS,swi_update,RemoteRegistry,aelook up,RasAutosvc,CngSvc"].strlen(0)}>2
=========================
But I can't add any more services to this line above due to character limit. So I tried to create a new item/trigger and add in more services to the new one. But issue is, when the new trigger takes place, Zabbix ignores the old trigger.
Is there a way to get both triggers to work even if they're both using the service function?
