    Zabbix and Zendesk - Closing or marking ticket as solved

    Running Zabbix 6.2.3 and its setup to create a ticket in Zendesk. And once the problem is resolved I'm wanting it to close or mark the ticket as solved.
    Right now, it creates the ticket with the problem and severity marked as internal note. Once We correct the problem about 30min later it updates the ticket showing problem resolved but does not close or mark the ticket as solved.
    Any help would be appreciated
