Action for each Windows Event

I haven't found the answer for this, I want an action to fire for each event, not just the first one it sees.
Example:
I may get 5 events with the same event id, but the description is different.
I have an Item looking for Warning|Error and from a source.
In my Trigger I am using logseverity(0)}=4 or logseverity(0)}=2.
But I only get 1 email and I have 5 events.

running zabbix 3.0.1.
