Zabbix update interval and flexible intrevals

Hello @all

I need to configure a trigger to check 1 time for 24h (1 day) every day

I tried two ways:
1. Set the update interval to 86400. This mean 86400 (24 h) and not used Flexible intervals

2. Set the Update interval to 0. And add(set) Flexible interval with following settings: Interval 60s, Period 1-7,10:00-10:01

Please write me is it correct or not?

Is it possible to do that with trigger expressions?
