Permissions of Host Groups
New to Zabbix and having an issue with permissions.
I add a new host group. If I go to Administration > User Groups > Zabbix Administrators > Permissions, this new host group doesn't show up anywhere in Composing Permissions and therefore doesn't show up in Calculated Permissions.
Now while members of this group do have admin rights when logged into the GUI, they do not have rights when using the json API. This creates issues with my Grafana Dashboard.
So every time I add a host group, I have to manually add the group to the Administrators group for read-write, and the guest group for read-only.
I would think these things should happen automatically - at the very least the new group should be automatically added to the built-in administrators group.
Am I missing something?
