Monitoring windows DHCP server scopes via WMI

Hi,

we are trying to monitor DHCP scopes via WMI, but the wmi.get item is giving no data.
this is the item key:

wmi.get[root\Microsoft\Windows\DHCP,SELECT PercentageInUse FROM DhcpServerv4ScopeStatistics]

anyone has this working?
