I'm setting up actions that have time period ranges to trigger messages to deferent media depending of time of day. However, it does not appear to work unless I remove the time period or change the time period to 24x7 (e.g. 1-7;00:00-24:00). See attached image on how the actions are configured. The triggers are working, and I see their events, but as I explained before, there are no actions launched for those events unless I change the time period settings.
I'm running the latest version of the appliance (v. 3.2 I believe).
Any help is appreciated.
