I have a problem with actions during maintenance periods.
We have a server on which we stop the service at 10:30 p.m. to restart it at 5:30 a.m.
Currently at 10:30 p.m. we receive the service stop email and at 5:30 a.m. the returns.
This is what I would like:
I asked maintenance periods from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., we would like not to receive the emails at 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. but, if the service does not restart, to have a problem email at 6 a.m.
Currently here is what we have:
In Configuration\Actions\xxx\Operations:
If I put as condition, "the problem is not removed", then I do not receive emails during maintenance periods.
If I put as condition, "the problem is removed", then I receive mails after maintenance periods, even for those already finished.
If I don't put the condition, "problem removed", then I receive the emails even during the maintenance period.
Can you tell me how to get what we want?
