Switch 3com Montioring with SNMP

Please, Please Help me ....
I have problem with monitoring host for Switch 3COM 2952-SFP Plus in zabbix, the Switch use V2, V3 SNMP. SNMP is not Available and it is red.
In zabbix there is no item about 3Com switch SNMP.
Please, Please advise me...
