I'm trying to setup a simple check for a service on a Windows host. I'm running Zabbix 3.0. I setup the item as follows:
Name: XXX Service Is Running
Type: Zabbix agent
Key: service.info[XXX]
Type of info: Numeric (unsigned)
Data type: Decimal
But when I apply the template to my host, the status shows as "Not Supported" and the info says "Invalid first parameter". The name I'm using in XXX is the same name I can use on the windows host when checking with "sc query XXX" and get the results I want there. Other checks are working on this host.
EDIT: Now the info says "Unsupported item key."
