MSSQL database table monotoring.

I am using Zabbix 2.4. i facing the problem of MSSQL database table monitoring.
i had some googling but i didn't got result, what i want?
Actually i have a database for monitoring SMS service. i want to monitor the count of SMS from the database.
Can any one me please!!!!
