I hope you're all doing well. I'm new to this forum and excited to learn from all the experienced members here.
I have a question regarding to create ping fail alert in v6.4. I've been trying to following actions.
1) Create hosts with template : ICMP Ping -> ,
2) Create Alerts > Media Type > Email Alert test message to send to smtp server is ok
3) Add the Tested Email Media Type to the Admin user Media Field with corresponding email address for receive alert email
4) Create trigger actions with Conditions with Trigger severity is greater than or equals Warning and set Operation to send message to Admin user,
I'm still facing issue. I've searched online and read the documentation, but I haven't found a solution that works for me. Could someone please help me understand what I might be doing wrong or suggest a different approach?
