Hi All,
I have a Zabbix server setup and configured, i have successfully setup Zabbix agents on the internal network no problem, however when I setup a Zabbix agent 2 on an external network i get this error message on the UI under Zabbix availability for the host i added. "Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at [external network IP address]. Assuming that agent dropped connection because of access permissions."
when I look at the zabbix_agent2.log file on the host/agent external network machine i get this message "cannot connect to [Zabbix_Server_IP:10051]: dial tcp :0 ->Zabbix_Server_IP:10051: i/o timeout"
any assistance would be greatly appreciated
