In 3.0.4, I would like to create a new template for monitoring the status of HTTP/HTTPS proxy servers. I can create a web scenario that uses the proxies to verify that they work. The problem I have is that I would like to use a {HOST.*} macro in the web scenario for the proxy URL. That way, the template can be applied to all proxy hosts, and substitute in the address of each individual proxy.
It doesn't seem that macros are supported in this field. I end up with the error:
Is anybody else actually monitoring proxy servers directly? Curious if there is a better solution for this.
