I am receiving values in E notation like [1.1430351E7]; and was wondering if there was a way to use the numeric float data type like it is able to be used for scientific notation. I have a tried a few different variations of items but it doesn't seem to like the formatting. Does anyone know if this is possible with default Zabbix 3.0 through a data type or pre-emptively formatting the data or will this have to be something like an external script?
