ifAlias in Graph title

Good evening ,

I would take a question about creating charts without the use of discovery .
I created all items and graphics with OID interfaces and would simply like to put the chart title content ifAlias parameter.
I did everything manual for the monitored equipment has many interfaces and believe that the discovery would consume a lot of CPU .

You can add the ifAlias content in the interface chart title ?
